Dont listen to bad comments, mostly they have never shot a rifle full bore, and never seen a deer.
You dont need bench accuracy to kill deers :P

@wildernesseducation After seeing your last video, your expectations of a cheap gun are a little high, no aluminium blocks or pillars ? not a free floating barrel. Well yes of course this is the case. You appeared to be surprised about this. You can always pillar bed it worse case scenario.

I found your videos not long after buying the same rifle. I know you these weren't "instructional" videos, but having them as a reference was invaluable when bedding my action. I made a few minor mistakes, but I avoided any big ones. Thanks. From my experience, the only recommendation that I can make is that you get someone to handload some ammo for you. With handloads, my "polished turd" is shooting a little better than 1/2" groups at 100 yards. Thanks again. -Ryan

do you hand load ? because unless you do and taloir a load to the rifle or try many different types of factory ammo you can't get it's best accurcy. you could've just glass bed the recoil lug

It would probably help to break in the rifle properly

@heatseeker64 I have a 270 Sendero with an HS precision stock that doesn't shoot either. It will still need bedded...

hey, convert this rifle to a sniper weapon system, amazing difference. check out my channel

just go all at and get a aics stock up grade it bolts straght on to a remington 700
Dude, if you want to improve the accuracy of that rifle, toss the plastic stock and get a HS Precision with an aluminium bedding block. Why polish a turd?

Some of us at the moment don't have a spare £300 for a HS Precision. I myself and many others would love to put new stocks on thier rifles but this is an alternative to parting with 300 quid. Why polish a turd because it is cheaper than getting it gold plated !!! Peace Mate

I have the same gun and plan to bed the action very soon, I plan to use your videos as a guide while doing it. Could you tell me the bit you used in your dremel to grind the stock out, and are you completely satisfied with the results/is there anything you would have done differently?
Thanks

115 7.8 mm High Speed Cutter Ref: 115
is the bit that i used from dremmels website. I am very satisfied with the results just make sure that you degreese the stock rough it up so that the compound bonds to the plastic. Also what out for the squezz out issue up the feed ramp that i mentioned towards the end. And i probably would not have lowered the web of plastic at the front of the magazine well because i had alot of filing to clean it all up becuase thier was alot of squezz out thier

video nine is NOT impressive, should be one hole

Sorry mate with respect I was not trying to impress you or trying to create a rifle custom bench rest accuracy.
What i was trying to do was make my rifle more accurate which from the video you can see i achieved. I was quite impressed that i got it to work without glueing my action into my stock and that it did improve accuracy.
And so have all the people who have posted comments apart from you. If you can bed a remy 700 spsv and get it to shoot a one hole group please show us.
Peace
