This is pretty difficult on guitar, let alone a 5 string bass.Bass has the thinker strings which I think would make it harder.

what's this called? i've looked up crossroads intro solo and found nothing. i want to play this on piano.

@ovERloRD2407 Yeah, it's definitely doable and prolly will give your chops a good workout since the arpeggios will be stretching from the 5th fret of your E string all the way up to the 21st of the G and beyond (24th fret or hitting harmonics). Take it slow and make sure the notes are legato. I practice this all the time.
I'll put up transcriptions up on my site as soon as I get some free time. It's not that time consuming really, I've just spent time on other stuff :)

Yep, it's a thunderbolt :) Looking into purchasing a thunderbass as well, It's a beautiful instrument.
