Following the UNFCCC meeting in Copenhagen, aka COP15, chief amongst the areas for discussion were formal international measures for Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and Degradation. So we felt it's timely to revisit the history of REDD Policy.

Here is a quick video summary of the history of REDD policy, from its roots in the Kyoto Protocol, December 1997 to the final meetings of the AWGs and SBSTA before COP15 begins in Copenhagen in December 2009.
