First off, don't mind the DingDongs (and other visible binge food/items) in the background. Oh shit, I didn't even think to remove bulimia's binge food from the background. I was so high on the fact that I was making food to enjoy and keep in that this slipped my mind. Part of my disease, through bulimia, is to HOARD food. It's really bad and something I need to work on. It's also a complusive spender = food addict shopping addiction. Hey, I want to be honest with everyone. No recovery is perfect, no person is perfect. What's important is that raw dishes like these are made to keep IN my body and are not abused. I'm trying and that's what I can do and that's my best.
Also, I am not tagging this video for eating disorders which is why I mention a comment about weight loss and high caloric intake of this donut. So please do not think I am encouraging starvation diets by talking about calories and weightloss. Thanks.
Prep time: about 10 minutes
Equipment: loving hands and heart, food processer, plate and spoon
Ingredients: 3/4th cup raw organic walnuts (dry), 3/4th cup dried organic mulberries, 2 fresh dates (chopped), tablespoon raw or dried (if dried use unsweetened) organic coconut, a teaspoon of raw organic honey, a dash of organic cinnamon if desired.
Blend walnuts first with the S blade until a nut-meal-flour forms, blend in mulberries, dates and coconut chunks or shreds. Keep blending on the S blade, about 1 minute until a crumble-creation forms! Remove "crumb dough" from the processer and roll into a ball on a plate. Cut out a hole in the middle of the donut. Top with raw honey (or raw agave nectar) and a little bit more coconut. Adorn a dash of cinnamon on top if desired! Sit down, stretch out, relax and enjoy.
did you put some of the raw coconut in the food processor along with the walnuts and mulberries?

Everything in this is raw. However, if you mean FRESH coconut meat verse dried, which is still raw, no I don't think I did? I believe I used dried coconut... fresh would be divine though. I strongly encourage fresh over dried!

I saw you on the news! If I'm not mistaken.
My god...you're too young, and you're sick...please, don't be offended, but you look like an ill 65-year-old man. You need medical attention. Please, sweetie, get help. There's nothing wrong with eating fresh food like that, but you're gonna die if you keep this up. Please, please PLEASE, go see a doctor!!!!

I know your intentions are good but your energy exchange is not. What gives you the right to judge me and criticize my appearance? Couldn't you of thought better before you spoke instead of making yourself appear as rude? May you of articulated better menners by saying I am concerned about you and hope you get better? Think about it. Also, you can do more research on me before speaking. I have been IN treatment for 14 years.... so, doctors? 14 years of them dear. I find this comment offensive -

even if YOU feel they are good - from an outside point of view they did not COME ACROSS as polite and I am sure every human being has the ability to have caring manners. Your prayers are Welcome, I will keep you in mine as well.
