New York -- July 12, 2011 -- Maverik Lacrosse today released "Wind Up," its latest instructional video starring Johns Hopkins and Boston Cannons midfielder and the MLL's leading scorer (33 points) Paul Rabil. In "Wind Up," Rabil demonstrates how you can get a goalie off-balance during your wind up by simply raising or lowering your shoulders. Click here to view "Wind Up" on Maverik's YouTube channel and make sure you visit the Maverik Lacrosse Facebook page,
www.facebook.com/maveriklacrosse, for the latest gear, news and updates on all Maverik athletes.

"Wind Up," is yet another outstanding lacrosse video from the cameras of award-winning Maverik Films director Jay Jalbert. The video captures Rabil's unique technique and fluid wind up motion in slow motion high definition detail.

"Paul is really someone kids can learn a lot from," said John Gagliardi, founder and President of Maverik Lacrosse. "He is a student of the sport and is constantly looking for ways to take is his game to the next level."
