@carissamjohnson If you are really craving chocolate, just mix up some, but don't eat a bunch, it's there for those severe cravings we get....LOL....but if you eat too much, you won't loose for the day...

@carissamjohnson my daughter had been trying to get pregnant too, she started HCG and within 1 month she was pregnant..many women take hcg to get pregnant...good luck to you!
