How to download and install Autodesk Maya and 3ds Max 2012 for free

After you have downloaded the complete file extract the .iso file and then follow the video instructions. Watch the whole video first for the ease of understanding...

The installation process is exactly the same. BUT, when you first run the software, based on your computer configuration it might either work OR stay stuck at the splash screen. Those who face the 'stuck' problem follow this instruction-
go to start or press the windows key-search for the link 'Change Graphics Mode - English' and click on it- when another dialog box appears first select 'Open GL' and click 'OK'. After this it should work perfectly but lack some features in 3ds Max interface. If this doesn't work then select 'Direct 3D' in that dialog box. This option removes a lot of the features in the Max UI. Any questions??? Ask in the comment.
