I have both goosebumps and tears. This scene was the most powerful in the dub, even more so than the original Japanese version. The goosebumps only intensify when Usagi shouts: Cosmic Moon Power Unite!

This is perhaps the ONE moment in the entire English dub that trumps the Japanese version - it's certainly more condensed, but that simply makes it's impact greater than the original. "Carry On" is a better, more powerful song choice than "Moonlight Densetsu", hands-down. The ending narration could have been dropped and the 'twinkle' sound effect DiC added in post are stupid, but overall I prefer this version. I do agree with @nohabody though - in the context of the show, it makes no sense.

sailor moon season one was the BEST. season 2 was good too, but no other season compares, i really love sailor moon :)

I always felt the English dub did this scene very well. It is cut a lot, but it much more moving :)
