Minecraft : How to get Diamonds on Day 1

Using the popular 404 seed, you can get your first diamond in under 4 minutes and 30 seconds. The cave system is rich in other resources too. Yes, it is done on peaceful, but it's still very doable on normal (just much harder for beginners).

Feel free to post coordinates of more diamonds nearby in that cave system. I know I probably missed a lot.
