Thanks for the great tips! After a back injury I've started doing some stretching and and mild yoga. I'm going to do this great routines that you show here! I'll keep you posted of any progress I made. Thank you.

@jaffaboxer, you should do Dynamic strecthes first, then static strecthes after the main exercise, and always start with comound moves. :), acorrding to MensFitnees any way.
