To build muscle she eats 9 eggs a day.
Is that still a 'natural way' to build muscle?

  • Oh man I've been looking for this for ages. Ever since I saw this episode a few years ago, I wanted to compete and this year I finally took the next step and I'm in training. My first competition should be in June.

  • Shows how very little you know, we dont eat "9 eggs aday" try 9 egg whites perhaps . . .I only do 6. I compete and train with a full time job as a trauma nurse, 2 little girls age 1 and 9 and night class 2X weekly . . .The only thing I sacrafice is watching TV . . .

  • Watching this episode on TV inspired me to become a fitness competitor! I have been competing for the past 3 years! It's amazing how you can transform your body and how you can learn a fitness routine if you have the drive, dedication and passion for it. Cathy Savage trains A LOT of girls out there.
