Part 1 shows the prep work done before the chronometer is disassembled. Not to exciting but it has to be done to make sure you don't break anything. Part 2 will be the removal of the plates, wheels and all that other good stuff. I pretty much follow the government manual. This procedure is similar for all fusee marine chronometers.

  • @isadorus Thank you for clearing that up. I thought you were an idiot for asking about the chronometer but I did not want to say anything. The wrist watch is a Bulova, movement 10 BUC in a stainless steel case with stainless steel flex band. It is from the early 50's. It runs good. I did some videos taking apart and putting back together same movement number but different watch.
