Divine!

@Caractecus Any open dialogue is the enactment of beauty. Large wastes of the accompanying exhibition said nothing to me about my life. David Hoyle's appearances are always a dialogue. To breathe is political. We aren't passive bystanders x

he truly is the DEVINE DAVID...

Bloody marvellous!!!

For me, this was a good piece! Far better than
anything that the grotesque Brian Sewell could care to mention to me oh yes! He did mention quite a few things to me about art you know fairly recently when I met him at a bus stop in Highgate. I held back that time and was reasonably polite to his smug face, but my very core was boiling over, maybe he sensed that? I was a raging maelstrom inside!
David 'is' art. He is a gallery on legs. If he had 6 legs, he would be ruler of the planet!

This rends.

Stairway to heaven? No thanks! "Hell is my natural habitat", to quote Geoffrey Firmin.

it's all verrry avant garde, almost. but certainly iconic!
Meaningless. Disrupting a forward-looking exhibition isn't exactly subversive.

@Caractecus David was an invited artist, and was the first of several artists to use the escalotor and mezzanine area of the National Portrait Gallery.
