@13wiljen Earlier, in the room with the corpses on the stretchers and the numbers painted in blood at their feet, well we could faintly hear someone choking, most likely dying, and I presume it was Stanley who was under the blanket with the #7 painted at his feet.

I looked up the identity of the caller on the Silent Hill wikia and it's possible that the caller is just a manifestation of Silent Hill like Maria was a manifestation in Silent Hill 2.
