I saw a few problems with that, one when she did the quad stretch she held her foot instead of her ankle. This stretches the ankle beyond the proper range of motion.
Also warming up should be moderate exercise such as a brisk walk or similar not stretching.
One minute is too quick of a warm up any way, 5-10 minutes would be ideal in my opinion.
I have read that stretching before a workout can weaken your performance also, stretching after would be better if range of motion needs improvement.

Maybe with the glut stretch (either one) simultaneously move your foot-corresponding to the leg lifted- in a circular motion (just to warm up the ankles). And maybe throw in some shin stretches?

Poor warm up, even for a quick one - several major joints which will not have been warmed up.

damn i wanna cum all over their body
Aren't you supposed to warm up before you stretch? I've heard that stretching right away makes muscles fatigue earlier...doing something simple, like brisk walking, warms up the muscles enough to healthily stretch them.
