  • dude, Im a pharmacist. You really should take at least 2 tablets (gotta take >1.2g) of fish oil otherwise you may as well take nothing. You're body cant do anything with it if you take less than that. Just thought Id let you know - you probably already know that tho....

  • @skonkzify hey man= so how many would i need to tkae if the pill is, 1000mg? and should i be taking two at once or different times of the day?

  • nutra grain bars are also very good for fiber and make a good snack and there is fiber in a lot of veggies..your arms are looking awesome man i thnk you are bigger than the last video you made.....good video man very informative...we have both matured with our supplements lol i feel like we are at the same place tho you are trying to get big and i am trying to lean out haha..you probably aren't going to go into a starvation state overnight but if you are hungry before bed def eat i always eat i
