Blackstreet-Fix (Remix) - Featuring Ol' Dirty Bastard, Slash & Fishbone

The great Teddy Riley approached Slash about helping out with a remix "Fix". Slash worked on the remix, and it was great! A video was put together which has a great story line featuring Slash living in
an apartment building on the top floor with all kinds of different people living below this guy who practices his guitar at an astounding level! It's a super video, and it won the MTV Europe Video Award for best R&B music video.

Blackstreet appeared on The Vibe Talk Show, hosted by Sinbad. The show was referred to as the hip-hop culture's answer to late night talk shows. Blackstreet appeared on the show to perform "Fix", and they had Slash come along to play the lead guitar part that helped them win fans and awards.

Russell Tyrone Jones (November 15, 1968 November 13, 2004) was an American rapper and occasional producer, who went by the stage name Ol' Dirty Bastard (often shortened to ODB). He was one of the founding members of the hip hop group Wu-Tang Clan.

Fishbone is an American alternative rock band that plays a fusion of ska, punk rock, funk metal and more. The band was formed in 1979 in South Central Los Angeles by Angelo Moore, who uses the stage name of Dr. Madd Vibe.

Slash left GNR the previous year, and one woulda thought (and Axl most likely did), that he would have just rode into RnR obscurity, never to be heard from again. Nope, he did this and worked on the movie soundtrack for Curdled and never looked back...

@sickvokals Well Chauncey didn't see eye to eye with the others & it came out according to Teddy & Dave, Chauncey's the reason everyone left and his hating and him not wantng Mark & Eric sealed it and that's why he's not in the group with Teddy, Dave, Mark, & Eric anymore. He's forming his own version along with Levi Little who sang lead on Joy with tow new members so it's like two groups
