We will keep Africa divided by force. We will use banking as a means of control for our benefit. Africa will be forced to sell infrastructure to pay debt. The interest paid will cost real resources for dollars printed out of ink and paper. We will stop Gaddafi from building the aquifer project and keep Africa dependant on our agriculture. There will be no African Monetary Fund or African Development Fund. Africans will be the West's economic slaves.
