@nikuzumi you can awlays go to any guitar shop in your area and get a tuner or if you happen to have a piano nearby and you know the notes on the piano you can tune it by ear with the piano, or if your phone allows apps you can download a guitar tuner app :P

To be honest with you, when I do drop C tuning for "Your Guardian Angel," I drop it to all flat. Which means, Cb, Gb, Cb, Fb, Ab, Db. It gives it that more emotional, heavy, monotone sound. It matches well with the vocals of the song and assists to the actual pain he's going through.

The tabs on Ultimate Guitar, honestly, I think he did them completely wrong. Because most intermediate guitarists are thinking, "wait a minute, is that an octave, or a power chord..?". Makes it confusing.
