I think you are so brave for posting these videos while you're trying to get better. You're right, there is always someone worse out there, but that doesn't diminish the hell you're going through. However, if it makes you feel any better, I weigh over 20 stones. Yikes! And I feel equally miserable in my body with the feeling of no way out. Even though the answer is pretty simple, getting it to stick in my head is the problem. Gaining weight, losing weight....it's all a head trip.Good luck!
hi there i am 23 & all thruout my teen yrs i was anorexic & bulimic. it took many yrs to get over it & now my weight fluctuates btwn 60-65kgs (15kgs more than i was). you must be determined, no matter how shit it makes your feel. like when you eat & you start feeling full - persist. it feels horrible but each mouthful is closer to gaining a bit of weight & a bit of your life back. and keep busy, like after you've eaten to distract you. might not work for all but worked for me.good luck sweetie x
Your a sweetie =] I wish i would have found this video sooner.
Harringate? You live just over an hour away from me. And were pretty much in the same position medically. If you ever want my mobile/email address or anything, then just message me and your welcome to it! Its always better to try and get through these things with people who understand rather than going it alone!
I completely feel for you in this video sweetheart. Just wondering when we will be able to start living and this wont matter any more. Its so difficult. I dont know what advice to give you, I just hope that something or someone will happen one day that will seem more important than my thoughts. Sometimes we have nothing to surround ourselves with but this.. hopefully we can find something new one day :] Im from the UK too :] x

You are beautiful! Really!
What about drinkin healthy drinks?
They don't stay in your body that long so you don't have that weird feeling of having something inside you for that long?
Sry if this isn't a good advice.
Hope you'll be feeling better soon!!
