i too went thru this on the 13th... im still pretty weak and fucked up. im writing a book to help with the lack of coping skills my methadone clinic failed to set me up with...its helping. 150 mgs of methadone. good luck to you. never give up. and this is my last detox too. we can do this

@tnafguy My mouth was hurting from the ulcers,making it hard to speak super clearly.Also though I notice the camera is making a noise.
I am an Aussie too,so some people have trouble understanding what a pure Aussie is saying.
I do agree with you that the sound quality in this video is not the best.I will see what I can do about it.Not sure what to do though?Maybe add captions along the bottom of the video??

But once your body recover you feel like a spring chicken again.
I think you have a fantastic ideo with the book. I hear too many times people saying that they never knew Methodone would be so hard to get off of.
