This video is not about homosexuality. Seriously. It is about politics, and what the Bible teaches about whether a Christian can be involved in politics, as well as what the Bible says about whether or not you can stop sinning. However, in the discussion of politics, in order to make the point that politics and freedom to debate is totally broken in this country, I have stated that I will title this video something which is bound to bring down intolerance and hatred of my viewpoint, even though the video has nothing to do with it. So, feel free to rail in the comments about homosexuality, but you'll only be proving my point by doing so. Rock on.

Another troll that misunderstands inherited sin and thinks God created men with homosexual desires. Also... we are not Roman Catholic. We are Lutheran... Also... Let's pretend that some priests did in fact have gay or pedo desires. Their sin does not justify your sin and vise versa. If one is a priest or pastor he will abstain from these sins, as it is easy to abstain from physical sins. Now of course we all sin every day in thought, word, and deed, in what we do and don't do. But it is easier

You totally did not hear a word Rev. Fisk said, did you, if you even listened to the vid at all? He explained why he put that title on. Looks like it went right over your head! :/

Nice! My wife even asked if you are a LCMS Pastor, that's impressive (she's a Called worker)!

Glad for the shout out about unsustainable wars and Ron Paul. Really. As a Conservative Lutheran, we should all have the position that war is immoral if used without exhausting all other options first. Read Luther on Just War Theory if you have a chance.

Very different. We are inherent sinners but are still called to struggle against and attempt to overcome that sin. If you have homosexual tendencies, that is a sin, and should be repented of, and you should do your best to not do that anymore. The response should NOT be "well, God made me a sinner so I'm just going to sin more." See how flawed that thinking sounds? Homosexuality is a sin like any other sin and should be repented of and struggled against, even if you fail in your struggles.

@TheEnzio64 I fully agree that Mormons are not Christians, they are in a cult. My concern is a Romney presidency will help with their efforts at being seen as Christian. They want to corrupt the Gospel and the Church. I don't want to aide them in their mission by helping to elect someone who's influence will help that cause.

Remember that you're not voting for the High Priest of your religion, you're voting for the President of the United States. As such, while his faith is important in that it certainly influences his ideas and the way he comports himself, it is not a deal breaker that he is a Mormon, in my opinion. More important to me are things like he's pro-life and pro-traditional marriage. Also, Mormons are most certainly not Christians, but that's a whole other topic...

I'm thinking of going Lutheran so I can be a little closer to being as cool as Fisk.
