In this video (segment 1) Moss Dalrymple now deceased, was a resident of Marshall County and a victim of "Limited Self-Governance" (LSG). This sad saga is poignantly discussed by a friend and neighbor of more than 20 years standing. Ken Freeman, Chairman of the Alliance for Citizens Rights, and Paul Brothers, Vice-chair for the Marshall County Citizens for Property Rights, participate in the discussion. Fifteen counties across Alabama have deceptively enacted LSG through inadequate ballot language. "Governance is not government -- it is the framework of rules, institutions, and practices that sets limits on the behavior of individuals, organizations and companies", United Nations "Human Development Report", 1999, page 8.
