She's counting the timer for instant ramen, which is about 3 mins, 180 secs. She's counting from 1 to 180. But it seems like she is using a mins and secs timer, as she was hesitating when she reached 100. She said something at the end that meant like 'congratulations! It is now 3 mins. Enjoy your meal!' or something near to that effect. So I guess the video is for people to time for instant noodles? so they don't need to be staring at the clock, but listening to her and seeing Saber count.

@arif020 To put things into perspective, in the preliminary plans for Fate Stay/Night, saber was going to be a proper male king arthur, and the main player character was going to be female. But they decided that most of the potential market for an H game would be guys who wouldnt want to play as a girl courting other guys, thus the fateful roll reversal was made.
