A video shot in Troy University Campus, Troy, Alabama, USA. The beautiful quad, green lush, Trojan Statue, Fountain, Adams Administration Building, Bib Graves, Sorrell College of Business, Smith hall, Math and Science Center.
seems to be a lot more smartasses at troy now from your comments...too bad it was a fun and nice place to be back then....hope yall havent fucked it up
A large amphitheater and more dorms are planned behind Alumni Hall and Alumni is going to be gutted and rebuilt. The new College of Education building replaced what was the Dill Hall apartment building, and the new fraternity row, off Pell Ave., is fantastic.
The pecan trees in the main quad were damaged by storms and had reached their projected end of life cycle and were removed. Their removal was very controversial during the early 2000s. The first building shown in this video is the admin building, which replaced the Spanish style Kilby Hall. Troy just today unveiled its new dining facility at the round-about between Alumni, Clements and Smith halls. It is amazing. A new band building comes next, after the arena is completed in early 2012.
One of the best looking campuses in America. I love Troy University so much. I've been here since Spring 2008 and I couldn't see myself anywhere else. GO TROJANS!!!
I'm a 1961 grad, so you know how much I think it has changed since then. When I was there a few years ago It was as if I was on the campus of a completely foreign school. But there's still a bit of pride in seeing the growth and change. And I love her.
Didn,t Troy have a foster home there for kds way back?
