Just curious, Are you left handed? I notice you playing the bass drum beats with the left pedal (if I am not mistaken) not to mention playing R-L flams.

@HelixReignCody I'm actually right handed but left footed. I was self taught and learnt to play open handed on a left handed kit....I know, it's crazy! Thanks for your interest. Rob

Not sure if you teach for a living....if not, you should! I'm 42 and changing instruments from guitar to drums as I fancy a new challenge....my 8 year old son is also wanting to learn and these lessons are going to be extremely beneficial to both of us! Keep up the great work!

I was just curious if you use the e-kit exclusevely, or if you also have an acoustic kit? I have an explorer, but am upgrading to the express iv. or the 500.

@TheGooch1972 Yes, I have a little Sonor Acoustic Jungle Kit which I use for live shows. I use the electric kit for my videos because it's so easy to record compared to an acoustic kit. You can't go wrong with Yamaha electric kits! :)
