Giorgio Poli - Future of Science

The aim of the Fourth World Conference on The Future of Science, "Food For Life", is to offer a global vision of problems such as water scarcity, the development of sustainable agriculture, food safety, food and health. At the conference Giorgio Poli spoke about his research related to bacteriology, virology, immunology, infectious diseases, molecular biology and biotechnology applied to veterinary and zootechnical sciences. He spoke also about the necessity to improve the control of infectious veterinary diseases by improving diagnostic laboratories.
