This is a rather, long, rambly, in depth eye make-up tutorial for neutrals using an Inglot Freedom System Palette 4 SQ.

Products Used:
Customise your own Freedom System Palette by Inglot - colours: Hi light 395, Taupe 461, Cinnamon 402 & Brown w/sparkle 457 - $40 AU
Eye Primer aka Concealer by Inglot - Cream in no 26# $22 AU
Mascara - Benefit Bad Gal Lash

Brushes needed - Blending Brush or brushes, Flat Stiff Shader Brush, Angle or Flat top small liner brush, Small Detail or Lip Brush. I used a combination of both Natural & Synthetic Brushes by Inglot.

Animal Friendly Guidelines

Just a disclaimer before you read this, I am in the process of phasing out any products that do test on animals, as I find it would be wasteful to dispose of any products without my knowledge of them actually participating in animal testing.

Thankfully I don't have a lot of products that do, but I will state with the information I do have at this stage. I am introducing vegan makeup products * including synthetic brushes * , slowly to my kit and maybe with enough knowledge and accessibility I will one day be able to do completely vegan tutorials - which will be awesome.

Brand:

Inglot - Does not test on animals, does not test any ingredients on animals & to their knowledge no 3rd party animal testing. Some eyeshadows may contain Carmine, which is crushed insect wings - so not totally vegan.

Stockist:
Either find your nearest store or ring up and order.

Benefit - At this stage I couldn't find a statement on their website regarding animal testing and animal ingredients. I have emailed them and will update this shortly. This was given to me by a friend.

FTC Disclaimer - Found out recently that the FTC is only for American Beauty Vlogger's & Bloggers - technically by law I don't have to do this but I think it's only fair and you guys deserve to know what's going on, I don't like to sugar coat stuff. So, with that said, I bought the 4 Shadow Palette from my work with my own money, as I work for Inglot Cosmetics Australia. I am not being payed by Inlgot to promote or use their products in my tutorials. I do however as an employee get a discount on products, like most employee's do with any job. All opinions and thoughts are very much my own, due to experimenting on both myself and clients. The small sample size Benefit mascara was given to me as a gift, by a friend.

  • Compared to some your intro was super quick.

  • @MsDrugstorejunkie that is true.. haha :)

  • thank you for doing tutorials! it seems like every other beauty person on youtube is just focusing on vlogs and hauls, but thank you for still doing TUTORIALS!

  • @ramya48 thanks! yeah I try and balance them out - I'm not really into hauls, they are not my thing and I don't buy a lot of clothes or makeup really.. funnily enough haha :)

  • I absolutely LOVE your videos, I've been watching you since your Glitzy Glam Haul and Haven't stopped since!!! And won't be nytime sooon :-)

  • you have the perfect colour eyes <3!!!

  • Gorgeous eyeshadows!

  • You are a very gifted teacher, Amy. I'm one of those people that loves to understand the "why"s in technique. Especially b/c I have mostly hooded eyes as well. Your clear, close-up demonstration and thorough description is fantastic!

  • @ramya48

I know, I'm so bored with hauls, I just don't really care about what other people buy, unless they're doing a proper review.

  • Beautiful!and I love your hair:) I would dye mine that color but I can't pull it off haha

  • Amy i adore lengthier in depth tutorials! I follow them as i do my own take on your look (:

Agree with eeama, im always learning from ur tutorials!

Absolutely beautiful look as always. I love how you blended the dark chocoloate colour out and didnt work it onto the whole lid which would have totally darkened the look!

Hope yoy have time to answer this, when r u off ur roAc?

    xx

  • beautiful

  • Your eyes are amazing!

  • Great tutorial. That's just the most perfect palette: love the colours!

  • Thank you! Love this tutorial.

I like lining the upper (& lower) waterline with a gel eyeliner in something other than black (I like #74). I find this gives definition without obvious eyeliner which is kind of important to me as most people in my office do not wear makeup so I don't want to look too high maintenance!

I think the flat eyeliner brush you were using is sold as a "flat definer", I asked for one at Inglot Chermside last week with no luck, but found them at MAC & Sigma.
