this is so weird.... i mean think its possible to think of a new color but your mind blocks new ideas out because it thinks it knows all the colors.......and if you think of a new color i can bet you it already exists.......

it's impossible... but i'll make innovative solution anyway! it's called light and its always in front of your eyes even if you can't see it. the color is usually transparent but is mostly seen in mirrors. heh heh. I described it without comparing it to any other color. i win

@ixcaliber even if there is a color outside the visible light spectrum, it would be impossible to see, say, name show, without comparing it to an already existent color, thus making it a variation of an existent color. namely, impossible
