Hey people stop using credit now! Lets make the credit card companies thugs suffer with their pathetic late fee charges...like a crazy $35 late fee no matter what you balanced is, 25% apr interests. I think you guys know this I already just trying help hard working people and students

I don't understand why people always complain about credit cards. I just pay cash whenever I can, have one credit card and pay bills on time. Two times the fucking assholes charged me for a fake charity. But I just called them and got the charged canceled.

Some America people should learn form chinese people depositing habit,we must not overdraft our credit card all the way which you cann't pay for when you lose your job suddenly.This will post a serious problem for this country's financial system.

This bill did nothing. As soon as it was signed I received a notice from my credit card company that they were raising the interest rate. I always paid my bill ontime and always sent 4-5 times more than the minimum they asked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

u ever use a check cashing place ? go there and try it once just for kicks and u will see what im saying here 125% APR is crazy, but its ok for them to do that how about H&R block for tax returns. i can go on and on. u want a BILL THAT WILL DO SOMETHING CAP APR and stop wasting all of are time

This law is a joke i work for a CC company and know first hand. All this bill will do is inform u of a pending increase in your APR and give u a way to pay your bill by phone for free in most cases. if u want to talk to a rep at one of these places yes u will still get charged. also current talk has moved to no late/Over the limit charge fee reversals. What we Need to fix this is a FIXED CAP on apr for example Prime +12% or something like that not the current Prime + the sky
