@Boneo1000 ....I think you are taking this much too seriously......back in the time when Tyrone Power was alive, a man wanted a son to carry on his name mainly because most daughters eventually married and therefore took her husband's last name and so did her children......it doesn't mean that his daughters are less worthy of his family name......I'm sure had he lived a long life, he would have loved and been as proud of his 2 daughters as he would be of his son....It's sad he never met his son

I've had no idea of this man before (just least) and I am now getting to know this Man and his ROLES over here in Youtube thanks to his Daughter ROMINA POWER, who's really worthy of this name to carryon and made it much more famous all over the world and so eternal, and who moreover looks his copy in female appearance .

This is quite a beautiful video Daisy! I think your finest because you included my favorite Zorro or Don Diego. Out there are many stars we see them every night & one that will always be more beautiful & shine brighter than the rest & that is how I feel about Tyrone Power. For all of his qualities that he behold; I don't have to be born during his era to see that he was so very talented, skilled, handsome, we can see through his work that he cared very much & dedicated to detail & his craft.

I had Michael Crawford singing " Wishing You Were Somehow here again", It fit better to the timing of the Video, U Tube would not let me use it. and at the end i had the movie sound, Tyrone will always be my first Loved actor . even after so many years . no one has left this joy in my heart, as watching this beautiful man work so vey hard at his craft. I am 73 he is still the one!

A very classy and handsome man. In my opinion he is the most handsome man ever in hollywood. No celebrity today can compare with the ranks of Tyrone Power. I was not even born during the golden age of hollywood and I have such an appreciation for Tyrone Power because he was also very talented and did not display arrogance. From what I read he truly wanted to be recognized for his acting ability and not just his looks. I enjoy watching all of his movies and these clips are just fabulous.

You know I could have written these beautiful words about Tyrone, I am 73 and have always adored this actor, he was good looking this is a given, but he worked hard at every role he played. He was and always will be my special actor. I have all of his movies now, and it is great to wander down memory lane with this dear man.

Whenever I see a clip of him it almost always brings tears to my eyes because I remember reading how much he wanted to have a son to carry on his name --- and he did --- but they never got a chance to know each other because Ty died right before he was born! To me, that had to be the saddest part of his life --- It was so Unfair!!!

Thanks you for taking the time to say hello, yes I agree it was so sad for him never to have seen his son . I have a dance scenes video of Tyrone on Live Video they wont let me put it on here. it is under daisydownunder:) and they wont let me use links here iether:)
