How to GET EVERY ITEM in Skyrim - Secret room (read vid description&annotations)

This is possible only on PC,and perhaps even Xbox360(read annotation on 0:10), but NOT ON PS3! Sorry :/
I found this secret room by opening console and typing this:
coc qasmoke ------ for leaving this place type: coc (placename).
Example: coc Riverwood
