@giramew If I am not mistaken, the begining of the track sounds like the Autobots returning after the world thought they had all been destroyed, and Optimus saves Sam and Epps at the edge of Chicago. The middle sounds like the Autobots are driving through the streets just after Sam and "B" rescue Carley. The End sounds like the actual beginning of the movie when the Ark is fleeing from Cybertron. I could be wrong though I am going off memory.

I remember hearing it briefly close to the end of the movie although it wasn't the last song that played. I think it was around the time the autobots make their appearance in Chicago after their ship was destroyed. For some reason it didn't play the whole song which is a shame since it's quite epic.
