  • LETS BLOW THIS WAY OUT OF PROPORTION LIKE THE GOVERNMENT DID WITH TOYOTA!!!!! oh wait. it didn't even make headlines. know why? because the government wanted money and way better way than to take the competition away from a car company they own...

  • just send my check to the burn center.

  • I did dot get Any thing he said?!?

  • Just another successful investment from the Obama Adminstration? For $50,000 and a tax credit of $7,500 you could turn this piece of shit over to the "Cash for Clunckers" program!...You might have issues with the environmental implications with your batteries though?...My God are we in trouble!

  • @stompingrabbits cause people like me still want to be able to have a v12

  • @derberg19486 - The Communist idiots of the Progressive movement are shooting themselves in the foot with this huge boondoggle piece of garbage, glorified golf cart! If you want anybody to ever take you seriously again give up on pushing that clunker because it's the 21st Century Edsel but much, much worse. If it wasn't such a crappy car then why does the government need to bribe people to buy it with a $7,500.00 rebate? D.C. isn't supposed to be in the car business!

  • @GuitarGuy2010 - Why don't we just start building the gas sipping and proven reliable straight and slant 6 cylinder gasoline engines again?

  • @derberg19486 - Yea, and you'll also never read a story about the Volt actually turning a profit or GM refunding the total tax dollars drawn from the U.S. Treasury to build that piece of shit. The American tax payer has every right under the Sun to complain about the government ignoring the market and flushing billions of our dollars down the toilet on that PIECE OF CRAP CAR! There is no market demand for a $40,000.00 golf cart, you're off your rocker if you don't complain~!

  • @derberg19486 - Correction: The manufacturing process of a single volt battery pack emits more CO2 then the average 8 cylinder car does if driven for 100,000 miles. The tax payers have every right to complain about that overpriced piece of shit, it's a massive boondoggle that will not turn one red cent profit! You can't bypass market demand and there is no market niche for the Volt! The purpose of GM is to build cars people want and sell them for profit, not a political agenda!
