What did you mean when you said at 3:19 that you couldn't watch the video because you had no service? Does the phone get bad reception often?

@superkevs18 We almost always use Wi-Fi during our video reviews, and if we do test the service we do it separately. I'll check with Joni as well as a member of our staff who uses the myTouch 4G to see how their experience with service is. I'll keep you posted!

@superkevs18 In general, the service is pretty good. You can also utilize WiFi calling when you're at home.

Can it video chat with someone on msn on their pc? lol just want to be sure

@TehBryanxx You can Qik chat with someone one a PC, but they need to use either the Qik website or Yahoo! Messenger. I don't believe the phone supports MSN messenger.
