  • you know if it works with sony fx1?

  • Where is the prior tutorial you mention on connecting the DTE FS-100 to the camera?

  • thanks so much it helped a lot!

  • I was watching your video about hooking up the FS-100 to the computer The video mentioned there was a previous video explaining how to hook up the FS-100 to your Videocamera and make it work.

Can you send me that link?

    Thanks so much!

  • Hi, I tried what you said and it comes up on my computer as XMF files which my FCP cannot recognize. Any thoughts?

    Help.

  • It is very important to have both the Firestore and the computer switched off before you connect the firewire cable. It is very easy to fry the circuitry if you try it when powered up. Focus Enhancements, the manufacturer of the Firestore series include this warning with every device. Otherwise, nice video.

  • Thank you! Nice to-the-point tutorial. Perfect timing. Just got my FS100 today. Using it with HVX200 and fcp6, and now I need to sell my p2 card it looks like. This thing rocks!
