    9:30 In my interpretation of Mises, government doesn't need to be evil to be screwing all this stuff up. All it needs to do is lose private property protection as a first principle. Unfortunately, seemingly every department of the federal government are special exceptions to private property rights, and has had exactly the consequences one could expect. Worse, this includes many departments that are accepted as Constitutional.
