@diploitalian There's not really any 'should' in terms of how lifts compare. Deadlifting's generally more useful than benching, I'd agree, but I don't think it's up to us to dictate to people what they should lift.

@StaRay09 Are you serious? whomever is training you is a terrible trainer. With a 315 bench you should have a deadlift around 450-500. My guess is you are neglecting proper training and doing nothing but benching. FOR SHAME.
