  • you look like monkey.. go kick the bag !

  • kickinging with the shinnn??? lol

  • does this work the same as chinese Hit fall linament?

  • hey donnie, about how long per shin should i do this for?

  • I gotta question. Is it necessary to use this for your bones that youre trying to condition?

  • @KJGould the best tips would be to ask a sifu or instructor in person. heavy bag use is the safest way, but also when training dont go overboard start light, when ur a beginner hitting the heavy bag, its more than just kicking, good luck happy training.

  • @whotookdonnierules great vid what is muay thai liniment exactly how often would u need to do this in a week ? thx

  • @YourFinished232 Allot of fighters in Thailand apply that liniment before they fight/train or they get a body massage (minus face/neck) with it I have trained with a few guys that use it quite frequently. but you shouldn't use very much of it because they main ingredient is called methyl salicylate (wintergreen oil) and it is toxic. A single teaspoon of methyl salicylate contains 7g of salicylate, which is equivalent to more than twenty-three 300 mg aspirin tablets. You can get on ebay/amazon

  • Hello Donnie and anyone else who can answer this correctly. When do you do this? After you practice, before you practice, or in the middle of practice? Also where can get some from? Where do you get yours from? I would love to know please.

  • What's it called?
