Helping wounded warriors go back to work

Army 2nd Lieutenant Ryan Kules lost an arm and a leg in Iraq when his vehicle drove over a roadside bomb.  The other two soldiers traveling with Kules were killed in the incident. He decided that he would never give up his fight to recover and started running the Warriors to Work program to help others.

Kules, now married with a child, assists veterans of recent conflicts in job training programs.  He starts by helping them build a resume and follows them all the way through their job search.

President-elect Barack Obama recently appointed an injured veteran to head up the Department of Veterans Affairs.  Retired Army General Eric Shinseki has been appointed to the position.  Shinseki has received full support from the Wounded Warrior Project.

That is not a fair comment about the majority of the soldiers over there. War is terrible justified or not. I thought the war in Iraq was a pointless war and wish bush went there and got an IED up the bum for good measure to learn what he did to thousands of americans by his decision to invade. But ordinary soldiers and Iraqis were put in a terrible situation.
