S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - Call of Pripyat - Most atmospheric Game 2009 / 2010

After Playing the new Stalker i decided to share the fantastic Grafics and Atmosphere of the Game. I have been using a few mods to polish the already fantastic vanilla view up to the max. Sorry for the long blackscreen at the end, i simply forgot to take that scene out. Only used it as a test layer.

how did you get the S.M.R.T.E.R. Pripyat (v0.41) AND Wear Your Goddamn Helmet Mod (1.1) without crashing the game!? i can only have one mod, otherwise i crash the game or i have to start a new game all together...

@heatblade1212 as far as i remember S.M.R.T.E.R. and the other Mod altered the same files. At least some of them. Just install smerter and the other mod into a different location to see which files they have in common. Then simply copy the content of the dublicated file into the other one and it should work without a problem. Its a bit of work but a save way to combine several mods. This worked also with the newer release of smerter and the old helmet mod if i recon right.

@snoMedia nope, its the same smerter version as in the first video. But i just noticed there is a 0.45 release on Mod DB. Not sure if this works with it. Looks like i have to install Stalker again :P

@ISoloedUrMom nope i used them all at once, they work very well together if u figure out how to install them. If u check my other staker video which can ben found as a video response below, there is a guide in the description how to get them work correctly. I hope this helps :)

I love this game man. the entire stalker series is the best ever i love it so much. you get really attached to the zone and the characters in it. as weird as it sounds.

the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. games are unbeatable in atmosphere, i think it has even better atmosphere than bioshock, but penumbra has also a nice atmosphere
