  • In the Russian language the word Дом both equally supports the two English words Home and House. The poet in his poem used it as the word home, but usualy when the word is used, one automaticly would imagine their own uniq- a sort of physical structure to accompany the meaning of being surrounded by the word home.....

  • Well done! That comes from a russian person. But still I do think the word DOM means more like home in English. It's actually the place the author finds some kind of peace. It's very abstract in the poem.
