Man, congratulations on that guitar, without a doubt the best choice of all seven strings on the market. I'm trying to buy the guitar John Petrucci Model BRF 7 Quilted Maple ... a question: you bought it online or directly with a supplier (guitar center, sam ash ...)?
I live in Colombia and I want to travel in March to buy one of those.

@juanpimo I bought the guitar from DuBaldo Music in Connecticut in the USA. They are a great dealer, but I am not sure if they have any more in stock.
A place I know that has a few BFR's is Drumcity Guitarland in Colorado in the USA. I would check out their site then give them a call for more information on their in-stock guitars (they always answer their phones when they are open, but sometimes don't answer emails quickly).

Do you think about your guitar? The fingerboard is comfortable, sound good?
Thanks for your feedback

@juanpimo It is a great guitar that plays very well and has a sound that really does handle all types of playing. I particularly like the single-coil tones you can get from the 2 and 4 positions on the pickup selector, very bluesy.
The fingerboard is comfortable and the neck is shaped very well so that you don't notice the extra neck width.
You need to watch out for the trem though as it isn't a locking trem. Just make sure not to treat it like a floyd and you will be fine.

@JPX7NGD These arent limited edition are they? I know that they released the JPXI and JPXII recently, I just wanted to make sure these would still be produced, even with tthe new ones.
Thank you
