If you wanted the topic of this video to be what your title says it is, you could have omitted the first 2:45-ish and gotten straight to her "President Again" slip. But now you've got me mildly interested in the topic of whether or not non-US citizens should be allowed to get driver's licenses. I think Hillary's stance, though she was trying not to say it outright was probably, "It's better to have illegal immigrants driving legally than to have them driving illegally."

Really, guys? This is stupid. Obviously she doesn't believe she was president before. The word "again" refers to a reiteration of her policy. What she should have said is " That, again, is what I am going to try to do." It was a simple mistake, and I'm very annoyed with the way people act.
Note that I am completely anti-Clinton. But I'm also completely anti-idiot (Related? You decide.), so I felt I must say this.
