Donnie Yen style spin back kick Taekwondo

This kick is one of Donnie Yen's favorite moves that he performed in almost all of his movies. This is a very strong back/spin kick that can be landed on almost any object without hurting your leg/foot. The nature of this kick combines together the rotation of the hip, the splitting of the legs, and the extension of the leg (i.e. the straightening of the knee of the kicking leg) to powerfully accelerate the kick onto the target.
