  • I agree with the most recent comments. He's getting the bar up, but not doing the shrugging to get the bar up properly. He's using too much of his arms to pull the bar up.

  • the momentum isnt bad because it is an explosive power movement. It includes your whole body. But, he is kind of just swinging his arms out and up instead of pulling up and snatching. It's not terrible but not perfect either

  • Is it just me or does this look like REALLY bad execution? Hes using momentum to throw the bar up and lets it drop back to his front thighs. terrible form and a recipe for injury

  • Whats it called when what he did his first rep? So you let the bar down to the ground each rep. Also anyone know if that would be too much strain on the lower back to do that every rep?
