  • I would rather put all the ingrdients at the same time including the pata and let it cook well. I don;t see much difference in taste when putting the ingredients one by one...just like how you do it.

  • kuya, just wanted to inform you na you have been a great help to me.... i'm currently in dubai and it's my first time to be cooking for myself. i've tried a number of your dishes and they were all successful. i've tried buttered garlic chicken, spaghetti, lechon kawali to name a few. salmat po... pls continue making great dishes in simple ways....

  • I'm going to try making this for the first time tonight. But I accidentally bought dried lily blossoms instead of banana blossoms - I'll see how it works. Salamat!

  • i arrived here at singapore last August..and just learned how to cook. i find it very easy just watching to panlasang pinoy recipies..I don't know how to cook when i was in the Phil. and so upset when i came to realize that I must cook for my husband because were just married last year. I surely cook for him when i come back to Philippines for my vacation.. Thanks to panlasang pinoy.. Im still learning!!!but definitely not stopping to learn more..

  • salamat sa mga posts mo... very good. ang gusto sa mga featured dishes mo is madaling sundan and pasok sa panlasang pinoy. i am a new wife and mom... so this helps me a lot. now i can cook.. paksiw na pata, lechon kawali, beef dishes... madami pa. galing! kahapon nga nakuha ko na rin finally ang tamang lasa ng adobong kangkong. ang galing mo talaga. keep it coming :)
