Quite good! Like it, but I think It's possible to make it even more realistic, especialy in the end of this vid. His arms are very static, You need to add some motion to his arms.

It is just a simple 3D mesh model, made in 3D studio MAX, polygonal edition, rigged with bones and skinned. Certanly, the background is a picture!, ;-)
