Hey Lemondude, all u need to do to start is start with the basics. As u first & most importantly prepare u body through specific excersizes u will start to see more opertunities in ur area. The one thing that everyone forgets is that flat open ground is a Traceurs worst enemy. Running is by far the most important part of training. After u conquoer the basics & vaults at one level u will start to see things at different levels. Take ur time though, rest is as important as training.

Wow , nice video. It seems that free running may be getting more popual youre side of the pond. The level of parkour was very high and the sideflips and gainersw ere very clean - and what a backdrop to do it to. I'm jealous.
