Because there are plenty of people who are trying to distort and omit what happened in the history for their advantage. I truly hope to live in a place where there's no sadness, pain and tragedy someday, but I don't think the people who have been wronged should be forgotten.

I like how the speaker makes a point of keeping the vibration. However, I'm kinda lost when the speaker says we shouldn't focus on the tragedies that happened in the past. Does she mean like we should just forget about what happened in the past and pretend nothing has ever happened? What about people who are severely wronged?

I've been pondering this myself. I still enjoy many dark forms of entertainment; dark art and poetry, horror films, survival horror is my favorite video game genre. I'd like to hear Abe's thoughts on masochism because often when I'm participating in these activities, even if they're making me cry or scaring me, there's still a part of my brain that thinks I'm having a good time. Perhaps it's my reaction to something I know isn't real that amuses me.
